I still like the good ol' "Google Keyword tool". It's free, and if you know how to use it right with the csv exports, then it's got almost all the info you need. If you want an expensive one, go with Market Samurai.

definitely one of the best is proxybonanza. They work for everything I've tried to use them for. They have good support too
