How did you fix the IP problem or say " can't verify this account belongs to you"

Bro did you fix it. I'm running into the same problem I have all the necessary things to create the account but the account I created from phone isn't able to log in from the LDplayer and when I try to create one using LD player it says "this phone number or email can't be used" Sick of it.
