Actually I can get 1 thousand Facebook likes in 1 dollar per day and with 20 dallar, I only got almost 5k likes. Facebook ads will show your ads in interested people, so if you raise your budget, they will show your ads to anybody even the not interested. Learn from my experience -

How to get lower CPC - USA FB CAMPAIGN
Actually , it is really hard!, if you can have a 1 post engagement in 5 reached, you can have low CPC but if 1 post engagement in 50 reached, it will start to cost you a lot. My advice is to make a Quote post , shareable image, then they will like your page then you will have now evergreen USA... -
