They're not hitting the websites so those won't block it. Somehow, they're just recording hits in G4 analytics. So the reports are getting skewed; showing all kinds of traffic that is not actually touching the website. At least that's my understanding from the Google community forum.

The fake traffic is coming from Warsaw, Poland. But the domain is registered with whois.nic.ru and the site is hosted with Spaceweb (sweb.ru). So some kind of Russian based nonsense. The IP address of Spaceweb's domain name server is 77.222.50.244. I don't know if that's helpful but maybe...
