Honestly bro....all the free tools suck. Snov.io has something, but it's only one email at a time. If you are looking to generate mass you'll need something paid. Snovio's tool works good, Find That Lead, Hunter.io....there are quite a few. You will need to use 2-3 tools to be effective.

Voluum would work fine...there are other softwares out there but they cost money...I would follow the first advice of just placing a unique tracking ID within your clickbank hop link....manually track until you are making $$
