how long does it take for Plimus to send the card?

as far as I know payoneer cards work well w/ any ATMs that support mastercards.

try payoneer....fast approval, once you get the card, activate it and you're good to go.

apply for a payoneer account..once approved, they will send you the card, activate it online and you can use it already

I agree w/ deign23....you cna load a min of $20 to load your payoneer to get it fully activated for use in activating PP.

as far as I know, you cant load payoneer using paypal...also you have to load your payoneer card first before using it for paypal verification.

try odesk ...you could even get a payoneer debit card sent to your doorstep for free.. just follow the instructions on registering part.
