Does this not fall under first sale doctrine? I’m not a lawyer so I’m curious. If you legally purchased it from amazon then resold can they really sue you?

My big problem when doing this was returns. eBay always sided with the buyer and my margins were so low I didn’t seem worth it. I salute all those who can turn a profit and make a living off these strategies.
