Without Backlink (SEO Onpage Only) my blog post can rank in page 3 or 4 Without Backlink my PR 6 Domain can only reach page 2 of google. With Backlink Page 1 Google is possible, problem solved.

Low adsense CTR probably because 1. You have unrelated ad in your site, which means you have mixed niche. 2. Your theme/template suck people know that is an ad and they wont click it. 3. Your visitor are well educated enough with this PPC thing 4. Adblocker
