Hey guys, so I bought a german paypal stealth account ( I am living in Germany) and the seller gave me the log in for a proxy and a rar zip file for portable firefox. Do I need one of them If I use always the same Wifi ( the location of my workplace) to log in? I mean both are located in Germany

So I would need a clean browser with no history where I just log in to my account, right?

I will work with just one account but I need more than a random number to avoid limitations.
