I have also thousands of dollars to unblock, but I never received a PM or reply from him. I think there is no method that is still working. Some guys still pretend they are able to unblock the hold, but so far I have seen nobody able to do so.

OP asked me on skype to ask my question directly on this thread (so to bump up his thread). Then he didn't reply to me on skype, even after I've done many attempts to talk with him. So it's sounds fishy to me. Not someone I can trust and send money.
