SES accounts being "Manually reviewed"
This happened to me on a transactional account of mine and after writting them a few times they told me that the domains that I was mailing didn't report complaints live and once I reached the threshold they told them to stop my traffic. I had all the webhooks and all that setup for my website...- Jeff Goldmon
