We've done this at least 9 different times already with zero issues. I dont' know what happened in your particular case, but it is resolved as of now.

I'm trying to see what the issue is with your order. I understand it's frustrating for you, however, you're the first person that placed an order that their order got placed in pending and wasn't fulfilled. Edit: I manually approved your order and verified the proxies are in your account.

The new servers has nothing to do with your order. Looks like you never completed your order which is why you never got your proxies. Your order status is pending. Check your PayPal account to see if you actually got billed ;)
