I wouldn't do it without asking permission. It's just not worth the trouble when there are so many free image repositories out there to use. Also, if someone has a great image doing the manual outreach to ask for permission to use their image with a backlink to them could be a good move to build...

Have you tried PBN? Lots of sellers on here. Worth looking into if you're open to that method.

Just curious - is Bing specifically important to your traffic? I've never had a client ask about it in my life. Are you actually getting any traffic from there?

Bluehost is okay IMO. Speed is decent, lots of bloat on their installs. It's great for wordpress sites for beginners but I like either a Wordpress optimized host like WPX or someone like Hostgator where I have full control over the cpanel...just my $0.02

Wpx is my favorite. Better than wp engine and much cheaper.
