In a nutshell yes. Under item specifics you should add all you hardware info so when people do searches you can pop up. I don't do any advertising for ebay or amazon.

Yes I would, Amazon and eBay are great for selling physical products. The hardest part is finding reliable and trustworthy sources. With amazon and eBay you have such a big audience that its really hard not to sell at those places.
