Normally we just use dedicated phones for our agency to mange up to 3 Accounts. For new Clients we use the IG ACC workaround for the business manager limitation. So we basically just setup a new account through the IG app, based on a fresh email account on our company domain...

Not really practical to register a SIM for each new client..
