Paypal will not refund because the purchase is not tangible.. I have reported the site to multiple payment processing centers including paypal... it will be up to them to ban the service and not process anymore payments.

No... thats surely was not the reason... the blast was done poorly from day 1... the fact that they say their system has been hacked and the money was paid to a different account is a totally different story... Still havenet got the refund yet...
