How MySpace is helpful in SEO?
The problem is there are really not that much people using it anymore so I don't think it's the most efficient way of promoting your site. There's loads of better places to do it. -

Almost noone posts their music on myspace anymore. I remember times when it was a thing. Todays culture prefers videos thus youtube is way more popular amoung young independent bands.
