o ya i forgot to mention, if you receive a negative feedback from a suspected competitor and you can prove it, EBAY will remove that feedback. i read that somewhere, but i think the DSR stays. NOT 100% sure but am somewhat postive.
something similar happened to me. long story short.
1. if the item is paid for by the buyer, you refuse to ship, and you refund him (for whatever reason), the buyer is still entitled to give you a negative. IT is just how ebay freaking operates.

my account got suspended due to low DSR. i tried calling and talking to another rep again today to try get it reinstated, but i had no luck. he even told me to don't bother creating another name as they will ban it 2.i am no longer welcome to sell on ebay. OUCH!

i live in an apartment and i am curios now if my neighbors upstairs got their ebay account ban cause of me LOL. what about if i move out and new people move in..will they be linked? same address.
