It looks like you know the drill and are willing to invest so that alone is a great starting point. People just won't tell you exactly which product and where to promote it so it's a bit of common sense and the information you can find around.
Right now there's really no monster products...
Unless you are not doing any dodgy stuff with iframes whatsoever it should get indexed... submit url to google and upload sitemap via GWMT where you can also see the fetchbot to make sure googlebot doesn't encounter any errors
I only use the plugin for the inpage SEO calculations and the sitemaps but I upload the sitemap via google webmaster tools, and submit url manually to have google crawl it... never took me more than a couple of hours to get it indexed.
What sort of page are you planning to use? Article? Review?
If you're just uncomfortable about your visitors see the "? hop=Foxy999" after clicking and seeing it as something dodgy create a new CB account and use an account name that will later look "normal" on the address bar like random...
Keep in mind that the gravity rating is not a "pure" indicator of a product's success. By every sale gravity increases yes, but also each day that someone who has clicked "promote" for a given product doesn't make a sale the gravity goes down a little. So in theory if product A has 10 people...
I didn't believe in tubelaunch when I saw the pre-launch... I also thought the video was really, really corny and that anyone would hardly buy it but I also quickly aknowledged that Rick probably knows what he's doing better than me and anyone can see that effort and thought was put into this...
