That's what I thought too. But, I'm logged into their Google account with their yahoo email.

Still has access to the email. The login is through the yahoo account.

I should have included that in my initial post. There's no option to claim the business. I have tried to login with their email and go to add business on on GBP. It's almost like someone who manages the profiles revoked access.
