Whatever processor you use will eventually fail. None of these companies will allow copyright infringement/fraud. Youll need to have multiple backups and be ready to keep swapping them out. There is no such thing as a processor that allows illegal sales.

What business? For most people on here Imo it’s more about hiding/cloaking etc to keep the merchant account safe. Most “high risk” is really “banned” and Visa/MC will shut it down, no bank/merchant account/acquirer etc can get around that.

I am looking at this myself and I think the answer partly is not running ads. I know several high risk merchants that rely on Reddit/other forums, Facebook groups, things like that. You need to ship fast and quality product, emphasize customer service etc bc it’s all word of mouth.
