Just to add... so what if it goes to your record? If I were an employer and see that on your record I would probably laugh at the stupidity of the justice system. Only time you should be worried about having a record is if its something really serious. (besides, i have done MUCH worse than that...)

Swim, watch anime, movies, tv episodes, read manga, play mmo... it is the only thing i can do here in the desert between work and learning IM. Maybe next year I'll quit this sappy job and travel around the world, focus more on IM and writing (which is my passion).
