I've done this a lot for photo & video. I typically interpolate up to 4k video. Any interpolation software will do it. I recommend "Instant 4k" for video. I've also interpolated photos from 18MP up to 60MP for huge prints.

Keep using videoscribe. Aftereffects is too expensive & time consuming. It's really easy to get a nulled version & it's also really cheap if you want to support the product.

Video Scribe is great for simple explainer videos. It's best when combined with free editing software like imovie or windows movie maker.

Don't think of it as account per proxy. Think as actions per proxy. I have accounts where I run 1 per proxy with heavy botting. I also have many accounts 10 per proxy with very light botting. The 5 limit is per device not IP. I've ran up to 30 accounts per IP without any bans.
