With the coupons, your best best is to use a $50 coupon, then a $100 coupon. That's the most you can do per account, and I believe they may have changed it to only one $100 coupon per credit card now - I think you can do the $50's on as many accounts as you want. I haven't experienced any issues...

Buy them on Fiverr. You can get two or three $100 vouchers for $5. No one here can beat that.
