Is there any meaning in trying to get people to click "more" to see your whole post text? Let's say the post photo is a quiz and to see the answer you have to click to see the whole post caption/text. Would this increase how often the user who did that sees my posts in the future?

What are you talking about? These are custom made accounts made by and run by me, only made for the purpose of making custom comments on my main accounts to hype the brands I am marketing. I know where to get fake likes, but I use these accounts for more custom work.
