From what I know affiliatebuzz pays on time bi-weekly. Even when a problem came up months ago they fixed it and paid the right amount. My affiliate manager replies to my emails usually within 24hrs. Also for me the pop and the text links work best

I know that they say it depends on the site and who their target visitors are. They are very personable. You get assigned an affiliate manager who helps you out all the time.
