Just opened it and assigned it admin immediately, it's just a blank account with no profile info/pics etc. and I haven't had any problems so far! Yeah just set it up and still run it from my home IP, I did use a new mobile number to verify the account.

Same thing recently happened to me. I just created a new Facebook account, made it an admin of the business page and then removed the old account as an admin (didn't bother deleting this old account). I used a different CC but tied to same address, didn't even bother using a proxy to register...
