Actually a bunch of url's is deindex from google and again indexed ,but they lost their position and shifted to "index and not submitted in sitemap"

I checked my sitemap and all url's available there. But still they are showing "index but not submitted in sitemap"

Suddenly my all url's shifted from "indexed and submitted to "indexed not submitted in sitemap". Is there any error of yoast seo or something else . Pls help!!!

Still not get any solution , Is anyone who face this type of problem and overcome from it. I read tons of articles related to this issue but can't get any solution and don't know what is the problem.

My websites traffic is 90% lost in GSC and analytics , It is not cookies problem(i think)

I checked, some URLs are disappeared some are available

My all articles are ranked in google ( in 1st and 2nd position) and Suddenly next morning my all articles get vanished from google. I checked all things in GSC but nothing happened in violation.
