Buy several old, you want aged accounts that have had lots of 'normal' use in them

Find all your competitors running ads in the country/state you're targeting, check their adlibrary and see what their running for copy/creatives. Take note of the ones which are running the longest and try to stay similar to those ones, much less chances of bans
