New bank account.Use some provider like Payoneer and they can set you up unique bank accounts in all major territories pretty much at the click of a button. Theres also others like Transferwise; and worldfirst - all of which I believe are amazon approved.

They do indeed do this, it's rare - it's internally called Dot F status i think. It literally blocks login to amazon completely (seller, buyer, prime etc) - and it's extremely difficult to get out of as communications are largely ignored. However, if you have a way to contact someone internally...
