Bro its not about the ranking , i tried to search the topic with my site name , even i also search with the url of my post .... its like the article is not exist on search engine

getting huge traffic from google search engine but my new post not get listing in search engine. My post is index by google because i used fetch as a google bot service so my post is indexed by google but not appears in search engine. I don't why this happen, Anyone have idea regarding this...
