Just type 'how to create wordpress site' on youtube and there will be a lot of very detailed tutorials how to create one from scratch.

I'd recommend to use Google Page Speed to define all the errors and things that's recommended to optimize, so your website might work faster. Also check if your site is mobile friendly (responsive) and the size of images. If there're a lot of them and they are not optimized for the fast web...

Another way is Adobe XD or Sketch using grids and then you can use frameworks

Maybe you could provide some code so that anyone might be able to help you, because just looking for a picture I can only advise to put them into separate block and play with width (min/max) and positioning.

You may also try some services like wix (some kind of builders, so you don't even need to search for a template). Some of my friend are using it for their personal pages, but I think for a landing page it would work well. Another way is just google something like this 'landing page template...

For my work to be done I prefer to get inspired by other designers but copying is what I don't like very much. When you're just learning – yeah, that works, but when you do a job for a client it's completely another situation and it's better to work on improving your own creativity process...
