Like justchillin sayd, I've never tried it but it should work. and if you are using FL you blacklist the users you unfollow, there is a check-box for that.

You can scrape how many users you want, the question is how many actions you do with them after. And that depends on the age of account and so on. start low!

You can scrape from how many different sources (persons follwers, hashtags etc) as you want. First you "scrape user" and choose for example followers from AAA, Then you save that list, upload the list of the users to "scrape photo". after that you like them.
