start small with scaling up, you don't wanna get your account disabled for going too fast. use interest targeting for people who may be interested in what you're selling to find the best target, then when you find one that works take advantage. and make sure to take really good images!

It always depends, as long as you're careful with confirming your identity it should be okay. I moved recently too and had a new IP and had no problems with my account after confirming my identity again. FB just wants to make sure you're real!

i've used shutterstock images before, but they really prefer original content. even if you change it up a little bit on facebook it's worth a shot. of course you cant always get original content for everything so just change it up a bit.

i would say try typing in big cities & states with a lot of marketing professionals and designers in the groups search tab on FB. you can probably search online for high populated areas for digital work, like LA, Austin, NYC, etc. Or search design groups on FB & make sure to select those areas...

What specifically? I usually recommend people start out slowly on FB. They can be strict on content & creative, so make sure to read their policies to keep your account in the best standing. Ramp up budget slowly & take advantage of custom audiences & targeting. Good luck!
