Probably difficult given all the authority websites selling that product. However it may be more niche then I am suspecting, but given the current algo and my thought that you don't have an aged website in that niche.
Make the content interactive, informative and generally solve any users problem/question when they visit the page. Yes, some of the code structures are important, but avoid overoptimization and watch your keyword density.
- A PR6 site with a very low trust flow around 5-10. <-- Most likely not a legit PR6 site with a Homepage TF of 5-10.
- A PR1 site with a trust flow somewhere in the 30s. <-- Could be a legit site, but maybe spammed. Obviously PR hasn't been updated since Dec 2013 so take that into consideration.
Yes, it will help and you can make multiple layers within your sitemap for silos. But again if most of your content is crap and duplicate, it may get put into the supplemental index.
Definitely add a privacy, about, contact, tos/disclaimer page. Yes, there is some dup content, so if you make modifications to make it unique, definitely do this.
