I agree with this post as well... If you you a service, you can't just blatantly send out emails. You'll have to ask them to opt-in FIRST and let's face facts... Most will not opt-in. My hosting company allows me to send out 200 emails per domain per hour... Interspire Email Marketer can easily...

I've done the same thing but with a much larger account that had 15K followers.
