agree with that, even after the google penguin, i found that a lot of sites ranking high through spamming were penalized, but when they redirect the punished site to a new domain, the new site seems to take the place of the slapped site!!!! but how long the new site could stay on the place is...

i just cann't see the link! were they removed??
