Yes, there are plenty of niches for you to choose, generally music/movies/games/hacks&cracks are some of the popular ones chosen by many around these parts, but get creative and come up with a hidden gem so you can dominate that niche.

What a joke this is, lol.

1. Yes, YouTube will remove your videos even without proof sometimes. 2. It makes your video look more unique in the eyes of YouTube rather than two identical videos having an identical length.

Just keep trying mate, I have had my ups and downs as well, but I'am trying to make YouTube work for me to. You just need to remain persistent.
