I have the same issue and still looking for a solution, who can help me? I can pay for it.

I have the same issue, my ins account should be in the HongKong area where is in supported area of Instagram shopping, but Ins usually think I am based in China, I don't know how to change it, and, I tried to contact Ins through their online help center, but no any response.
