Yeah, details like that are still a hit or a miss. Depends on the position of the fingers. There are LoRAs to mitigate that, other types of fixes if you really want a picture with good fingers and nails, but this is definitely the weakest part of any AI image gen tool as far as my experience...

Oh, you mean can the figure of the woman be made in a specific way? Hourglass shape, wide hips, narrow waist, big breasts? Yes, once nail the prompt that gets you good results, it starts giving good images consistently. Also, depends what checkpoint model was used to make the images you saw...

I've considered TikTok and there are many guides out there on how to do it properly, will look into it. You mean youtube shorts? I'm looking to create a personality for the model, not sure if youtube shorts are the way to go though?

Thanks to everyone who commented! So I've been playing around with the AI stuff and I can now confidently say I'm good at making the pics (or vids) look very real. You can pretty much make them look really good on day 1 of trying out a good AI pic generation tool, but to take it to a point...

Stable Diffusion + a good realistic checkpoint + LoRAs + textual inversion + additional extensions to make life easier. That's what I use, but most I've seen use SD as well, gives you the best results and you can do NSFW images which some other platforms don't allow. All the above is open...

Creating images of girls with consistent faces and bodies is not a problem really. I've been doing this myself for the past few months with good results. Videos are not here yet (at least as far as I have seen), unless you want to use stolen content with a similar looking girl to your AI model...
