How long will panel be down for? Currently redirects to /frozen

Multiple support tickets also open with no assistance.

Why so slow the last couple days? The only 2 orders that did complete didn't even deliver have of the ordered amount. Approaching Frequent User with $600 spent but lately has not been good. Friends, please help me with alternatives you can share.
