xgcmedia looks to be a scam, it has been more than a month, neither do the reply nor do the deliver.

Seems like this is the new way to limit accounts. Infact I wasn't even transitioning a new account to a business account. I was just doing business -> personal -> business (to fix post uploading errors). Does that mean not just account creation would need new IP and device but also converting...

Beware: xgcmedia seems to be a scam, I have got burnt. Once you pay them no account will be delivered, no one will even reply.

I received a free credit of 1$ to test this service. Opinion: Negative. Ordered 666 instagram followers. The followers increased for a while then again went back to the original level, net result zero, full waste of the dollar. Either their technology failed resulting in drop of all followers...

by the way almost everything seems to be more than 1$ which means even to test we might have refill funds.

I have been reposting images (giving credits to the owner) without changing MD5 hash and I see no issues. Instagram TOS says you can repost with permission from the original content owner. So I don't think they can put a ban based on hash of the image.

Well after 2 days of research my hypothesis remains same, ie you can not connect more than 5 facebook pages to buffer from same IP. (I think just for that instant when I setup connection with fb I need proxy or else they might be noting down that IP.) ie to schedule for N instagram accounts you...

Buffer exposes API to create post, which intern calls other social media APIs. And more over this comes under free tier as well. Is there any such app which does the same ?
