AdsBridge could help you with this. It's a SaaS tracker, that has lander builder in it and also a TDS.

I prefer AdsBridge, as it's a SaaS solution so the redirects are very fast and they have lots of features that other trackers don't even planned for now. Also, there is a free trial there and the pricing is very loyal.

And are you sure that Imobtrax sends traffic correctly to your target link? As far as I know it's a self-hosted solution that requires lots of difficult (for my opinion) settings that could have an influence on all campaign's flow in this case.

And do you use a tracker in your work to see what happens after a user comes through links and what kind of users click on that links?

I use tracker + TDS (AdsBridge for now) for such kind of traffic distribution where you could set any kind of rule (as country, as OS, as IP, as carrier etc)

I think it will take at about $100. And this sum needs to include several variants for a client, so that he could choose one of the best concepts.
