I never had sitemap for this online store because its on some weird CMS and there is no plugin for sitemap. Maybe someone knows free php sitemap script that will crawl website daily and update sitemap file? I found one script but it was old and didn't work.
I need ssl support for credit cards to work... and I could't redirect just checkout pages to ssl. Site is now on ssl for 2 days and everything is ok, for now:). There is also minimal benefit in seo for sites on ssl... maybe within few months even greater...

Thank you all! I think I will just change preferred domain to non-www and make 301 redirect to it + implement canonical url tag. The site is not WP but it's some custom CMS in php :\
Non-www version has more links but if you set in GWT preferred domain google will see page as one and display the one you set. But I am not sure what will happen if I leave preferred www version and set redirect to non-www version:) Is there a risk if I change preferred domain my rank will drop?
