I believe my employee may have reached out to someone impersonating you, who scammed him. He'll reach out to you directly this time -- unfortunate, but it may be worth trying to get that other user removed from Telegram.

Is this service still legitimate? I had an employee reach out earlier. He purchased via Telegram, but the conversation was immediately deleted after providing the transaction ID post payment.

This is essentially a use case at Intellifluence. I've seen brands come in that wanted to hire bloggers to talk about them solely to drown out negative news that was ranking. It's a smart play.
