No I dont use proxies, I have access to computers at different sites where I work. Yes I'm in the UK. When I opened the EPN Account's they didnt ask for paypal, I guess you have to add that later on.

I've opened up 6 EPN Accounts last week in the UK. I used different Address' like home, work, family and so on. They do not require a paypal Account straight away, but I have opened 3 paypal Accounts as well just in case.

He's trying to say that 1und1.de are charging €2.49. In UK they are charging 0.99p Seems it's only free in the USA

With a .co.uk you can opt-out of the whois database For a .com I believe godaddy have an option where they register it on their own name or something
