You just need to make it plausible for Instagram. Behave in a good way and use high quality IPs. 4G mobile proxies are the best thing right now.

Can you provide some example websites that have those claims? In reality as a customer you have no way of knowing if they are really doing this and my guess is they are just trying to explain the higher price and purchase likes at a regular panel.
