sorry you've following the max limit of accounts
I was able to fix this by clearing out my outgoing follow requests. You can find those users here: instagram.com/accounts/access_tool/current_follow_requests -

Also happening to me, started happening a few days ago. Not using Jarvee FWIW. Turns out I have 6600 outgoing requests + 200 following, so I'm below the 7.5k limit, but it's still saying I'm following too many. Going to try to clear out my outgoing request list. Then wait and hope. As noted... -

Did Instagram just disabled scraping more than one screen length of followers ?
This just happened to me too -- I'm only seeing the first page of followers and scrolling to the bottom isn't loading the next page. This might be an Instagram bug because if you resize the width of the browser window, the next page loads...
