Get a list of crawlers other than the main search engines and then block each of them from crawling any part of your websites and backlinks sources. Popular ones include ahrefs, majestic and moz.

Moderated article directories and guest posts together with web2.0s would be the best choices.

If web2.0s is all you do then mix it up with different anchors, but if you are doing different anchors then keep web2.0s with your exact anchors as you will have other platforms to dilute your profile.

Some domains give you multiple pages with your links so crawlers differ in the way that they work.

Pick any offer that you may have in mind and search Google for affiliate programs for the same, you will get a variety of websites that deal in them.

Ahrefs would be the best tool to use as suggested above, it gives away the majority of links though not all.

Two points to consider. 1. High PR domains linking to your site could contribute to the pr2, so check how powerful those 1 are. 2. Not all links can be picked up b ahrefs and majestic, so you might as well have more links not known to these crawlers. Who built links to this site in the past?
