I would start with an instagram bot with 2-3 accounts on your home ip. Start following and unfollowing. After a while you can grow organically. In my opinion this is the best way to grow, when your stat from zero.

Its enough to change the Ip address. Of course they can track other things but when you're disable GPS in the settings, they can only track your location from your IP adress. Good luck!

You can try that, but when one accounts get banned the other ones with the same proxy will get a ban too. And don't go over 3 Accounts per Proxy.
